Bottom line up front, in the event of searching for another GM vehicle, I will not hesitate to reach out directly to Luis and/or refer family/friends to his service. Luis demonstrated transparent, effective, and rapid communication skills, to include being agreeable with my preference to communicate telephonically prior to finalizing paperwork. Further, Luis has been readily accessible via text, telephonically, and in-person at the dealership. Last but not least, Luis has went above and beyond with regard to his sale’s service by providing attention to his customers even a month after our initial purchase date - he continues to serve as our go-to person! Ultimately, the GM team here provided excellent service and we will be returning customers.
