Confirmed Service Customer
Just wanted to share my experience at Ed Morse Sawgrass with the service dept. I purchased the black grill and emblems from GMC and had them delivered to EM Sawgrass to have it installed. Once i was notified that it arrived, I called to set up my appointment for the install. I worked with Jose and let him know that I would need a ride to work while they work on the vehicle. Once I dropped off the car, my ride that Jose set up to take me to work was already waiting for me. I asked him to have the ride pick me up by 2pm and sure enough my ride was there. Once I arrived at the dealer, he notified me that there was a recall and that they were taking care of it while it was in there which I appreciated. Once it was completed, he asked if i wanted it ran through the wash which I completely appreciate because I said no as I don't want swirls on my car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Open communication, transportation was taken care of, and excellent customer service.
