My service advisor Mr.Gonzalez, Jose A Very welcoming respect Make you feel very comfortable.Give you eye contact shake my hand tell me thanks for the service anything I need call him great job. On the other hand. Not so happy as I'm waiting in the waiting room for my car to get service. You have all types of employee that work there. Walk right past you don't say good morning, how are you doing very disrespectful? When you have customers, come there to get the call service.Yes , we do pay lots of money to get our car service the employee Should it recognized the customer's waiting? Say good morning, good afternoon, how are you doing? Say something including the Bigg Boss. Walk right past me and didn't even say hi, how you doing? That is very uncalled for as a customer if it wasn't for us. You guys wouldn't be in business.All I'm saying is recognize your customers.That's waiting in the way the room.
